Welcome to the Stokehouse Grill! We wanted to share a little about how Stokehouse was born. They say when life gives you lemons…you make lemonade and that is exactly what we did. After working in the local restaurant industry of Paso Robles for the past 20 years my partner and I were laid off due to the closure of a local restaurant. After sleepless nights we came up with a plan. He knew the back end of the restaurant and brought so much skills and knowledge of cuisine from around the world and I knew the front part, customer service has always been a part of me! We began making plans and in February 2020 we secured a location and signed contracts. Unfortunately we were hit with COVID-19 in March 2020. We again turned lemons into lemonade and took some time to remodel and make a plan to move forward. We opened our doors on 5/29/2020!

We may be new to the restaurant business but we are pouring all our love and soul into what we do. We are PasoStrong and will continue to power through these challenging times.
